When Jesus calls us, we must be willing to abandon everything to follow him. We may face all kinds of difficulty and persecution in this life, but only in full surrender will we find the abundant life available in Jesus.

The leper who came to Jesus was unclean, rejected and an outcast in society. Jesus healed him of his disease, but this man stopped short of all that was available for him. Jesus came so that we could be ransomed, healed, restored and forgiven.

The Bible says that Noah “did all that the Lord had commanded him”. As we hear what Jesus has to say to us, let us make sure we put it into practice. Then when the storms of life come, we will be able to stand firm.

Jesus is the narrow gate that leads to abundant life. This narrow way leads to freedom from sin, the devil and fear. He has done everything required that we may enter into this new life by His sacrifice for us.

Ask and you will receive. Seek and you will find. Knock and the door will be opened to you. We need to learn to ask, seek and knock until the heavens open up and God pours out His Spirit.

Jesus shared the secrets of the Kingdom with those who really hungered for them. The secrets of our encounters with God are sometimes to be shared with nobody. We are called to be people of discernment, led by the Spirit and not by our own understanding.

Opening Service, September 11th 2016 Our prayer is that this church is a place where Jesus will be made known and where people would find refuge in the midst of the storms that are coming on this earth. To do this, we need a church that is conformed to God’s Word.

This world is consumed with what is material, but God tells us we should not seek after these things. Instead we are commanded to seek His Kingdom and righteousness. He promises to satisfy us and provide all that we need.

This world will not satisfy. Jesus instructs us to store up treasures in His heavenly kingdom, which will last for eternity. Let us set our eyes on things above and not on this world, which is passing away.

Forgiveness is the most powerful message of Christianity. It is able to transform people, so that Heaven comes down into this world. Only forgiveness can bring about the prefect unity and love that God desires for us.
